Strawberry Banana Smoothie

There are some days when chewing is too much work! Thank goodness someone came up with smoothies. Smoothies are great healthy snacks which you can have anytime.




2 ripe bananas

10 strawberries

½ cup Greek yoghurt

½ cup milk



  1. Place milk and yoghurt into a blender then add fruits.
  2. Blend on low speed for 15sec or until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately
