Overnight Oats

 

As a student, there is nothing more important than sleep! I kid you not!   Getting to class is important, but as much as you would like to –you cannot skip breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and thus I am going to share a cheap and healthy breakfast with you and the most fun part is that you get to catch a couple of extra minutes of beauty sleep.

  • Dendairy Plain  Greek Yoghurt
  • Dendairy Low  Fat Milk
  • Jungle Oats
