• 4 potatoes
• Salt / Seasoning
• Peel the potatoes and slice them into strips.
• Heat the oil in a large frying pan, until it is good and hot.
• Add potatoes.
• Deep-fry the potato sticks for about 20 minutes (check after 10 minutes) or until they become golden.
• Fry until they are the color you desire.
• Remove from the pan and place on a plate
• Salt to taste, or use your favorite seasoning.
