Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Do you love peanut butter? Then you need to try this, like, yesterday. Peanut butter has tons of good fats your body needs, and the banana packs this smoothie with potassium drink up!

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 cup low-fat milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup ice.

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
