Quick and Easy Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows Recipe

Ingredients (serves 2) 750ml milk 2 tablespoons hot chocolate Sugar to taste Mini marshmallows Ground cinnamon to sprinkle Method Heat the milk in a pot to just boiling and remove from heat. In a mug, place 1 tablespoon hot chocolate and sugar to taste. Add the heated milk to the mug leaving space for the marshmallows. Add the marshmallows on top and sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the marshmallows. N.B.- milk can be substituted by 500ml boiled water and 250ml milk.
